This project transformed the property from top to bottom, turning both the front and backyard into a cohesive and dynamic landscape. The front yard features a Techo Bloc Hexa driveway, carefully sealed for durability, paired with concrete steppers in a natural gray top-cast finish accented with La Paz rock.

A striking boulder adds a sculptural element, while a decomposed granite pathway guides the eye and movement toward the backyard.These retaining walls help organize the space while adding subtle architectural detail with a floating TimberTech bench integrated seamlessly for extra seating and front yard gatherings. Lush grass completes the front yard, balancing the hardscape with natural softness.

In the backyard, a sunken Techo Bloc Diamond fire pit is framed by a floating TimberTech bench, forming a focal point that draws the space together. A modern steel planter adds greenery without cluttering the layout, keeping the area organized yet visually appealing. Every element—from materials to layout—was selected to create a layered, refined, and enduring outdoor space that flows naturally from front to back.
