How it works
Our six step design process.

01
Discovery Call
An on-site meeting with the design team to discuss the project and listen to your needs, requirements and budget.

Proposal & Deposit
A design proposal for the project, with a deposit to secure the work.

03
Base Model
The team builds a base model of the house and existing exterior, then a video call to go over early concepts.

04
Design Magic
The design itself. Every conversation we have had feeds into it.

05
Design Reveal
A video call walking you through a 3D tour of the space, discussing revisions — some made live.

06
Design Finalization
Revisions applied, then drawings and documents go to the construction team and the build begins.
