How it works

Our six step design process.

  1. 01Discovery CallAn on-site meeting with the design team to discuss the project and listen to your needs, requirements and budget.
  2. 02Proposal & DepositA design proposal for the project, with a deposit to secure the work.
  3. 03Base ModelThe team builds a base model of the house and existing exterior, then a video call to go over early concepts.
  4. 04Design MagicThe design itself. Every conversation we have had feeds into it.
  5. 05Design RevealA video call walking you through a 3D tour of the space, discussing revisions — some made live.
  6. 06Design FinalizationRevisions applied, then drawings and documents go to the construction team and the build begins.

Victor Place

A new modern house given a garden to match. The front is laid in large-format pavers that run driveway to door, broken by planting beds of lavender and ornamental grasses around a retained oak, with a horizontal timber fence and gate closing the street edge. The back is one open lawn with a louvered aluminium pergola over the kitchen terrace — built-in grill, stone-topped island, storage the full run of it — and a long concrete fire table where the paving meets the grass, flanked by white concrete sofa forms. A composite deck steps up around a self-contained swim spa at the far end. Path and step lighting, uplit trees and festoon lights carry the whole garden into the evening.
