For this design, it’s focused on creating an outdoor space that feels both luxurious and comfortable. The area features a mix of Techo Bloc pavers and concrete steppers with a broom finish, set alongside drain rock for easy upkeep. A sunken patio offers a cozy space, with two custom gorgeous metal pergolas and privacy screens giving it a luxurious touch.

For ultimate comfort, we added outdoor fans and heaters to keep the space inviting all year round. A turf area ensures a low-maintenance, lush backdrop, while a sleek prefab firepit becomes a central gathering spot. The outdoor bar counter with TimberTech veneer is perfect for entertaining. Floating steps with rim lighting offer a stylish touch. With uplights and step lights setting the mood and thoughtfully designed landscape beds, the space is both functional and elevated.
